PAS & CAS is a company founded by Philippe Lemoine who has a 35 years experience in Project Management.

The company aim to provide any added value service in project management, for contractors, clients, investors.

The services include:
 
  • Standardized project audits for all stakeholders in order to identify , strengths, weaknesses, risks for a specific project.
  • Deep dive and support for troubled projects
  • Specific supports for complex projects  
  • Support in claim management ( from claim preparation up to mediation) 
  • Support in project management governance, within the project or at Project Office level
  • Support for M&A activities

I'm an executive leader with an extensive experience in Project Execution;

I worked over 30 years in Alstom Renewable and GE hydro companies. During this period I had different missions:

  • Hydro turbine project Engineer

  • Project Director

  • Worldwide Construction and Commissioning dept. leader 

  • Hydro Project office leader, it includes the Project Management, the Construction,  the Planning, the Contract Management communities.
